This commitment is demonstrated through ongoing program expansions, rigorous evaluations and audits, active participation in industry networks, and the integration of cutting-edge training methodologies.
West Coast Environmental Solutions maintains strict compliance with government regulations for both our employees and services. Our employees undergo drug and alcohol testing as per DOT and LACC random test pools, ensuring a thorough screening process with fifty percent of employees tested annually. Additionally, we are proud participants in the L.A. Clean Card program, administered through ASAP Drug Solutions, and engage in safety consortium programs such as OQSG (Pinion), ISN Networld, and Avetta.
We uphold our approved Injury and Illness Prevention Program and Safety and Health Manual from the California Department of Occupational Safety, alongside our annual excavation permit through DOSH, as mandated. Furthermore, WCES adheres to a current SCAQMD Rule 1166 Mitigation Plan, conducting essential VOC monitoring and notifications at all excavations involving potentially contaminated soil.
